Directory addison/congress contains those pages from the report on the 1881 congress that pertain to Addison's disease.
The contents are contained as part of wehner.zip. The latest update can be downloaded from the server by means of the MIRROR program. However, as the MIME header uses the non-standard "Content-type" and "Content-disposition" DOWNLOAD, the "association" of a download must not be made with any rendering device, such as a browser. If an "association" is made, the file will be displayed instead of being offered for saving.
